Spotlight Agency is a promotions and corporate hostess agency based in Cape Town, South Africa but working nationally. They required a site that would allow aspiring models and staff to sign up, clients to book the desired people, and Spotlight Agency employees to manage interactions with clients and models.

To that end a bespoke system was built based on a LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP) infrastructure. The system has a very powerful unique search algorithm, allows for pitches to be automatically formatted and sent for client’s viewing, model groups be created for easier internal management, and seamless model sms’ing possible.
